• Our purpose is to complete the website to meet our client’s needs, the existence of this group is to provide the best quality for our clients.
• We expect to deliver a qualified, competent website based on the requirements that told by our customers

3. Goals
- Create a visually efficient webpage for NAIT DMIT: Our goal is to design a webpage that is visually appealing, user-friendly, and easy to navigate. This will help users quickly find the information they need and enhance their overall experience. - Add more and important information to the webpage: We will identify key information that is currently missing from the webpage and add it to provide users with a comprehensive and informative resource. - Measure success by user engagement and satisfaction: We will track metrics such as user engagement, page views, and user feedback to measure the success of our webpage and identify areas for improvement.
4. Roles and Responsibilities
- Vincent: Vincent will lead the coding and development efforts, ensuring that the webpage is technically sound and meets the required standards for performance and functionality. - Endurance: Endurance will lead the visual design and graphics efforts, creating a visually appealing and cohesive design that enhances the user experience. -- Pramish Pokharel: You will lead the content creation and editing efforts, ensuring that the content is well-written, engaging, and aligned with the overall goals of the webpage. -- Mutual Expectations - Respect: We will respect each other's time, opinions, and contributions. We will listen actively and considerately to each other's ideas and perspectives. - Communication: We will communicate openly and honestly, sharing information and updates regularly. We will also provide constructive feedback to help each other improve. - Meeting Deadlines: We will meet deadlines and fulfill our commitments to the team. If we are unable to meet a deadline, we will communicate this to the team in advance and work together to find a solution. - Feedback: We will provide constructive feedback to each other, focusing on specific actions or behaviors. We will also be open to receiving feedback and using it to improve our work. -- Standard Operating Procedures - Meetings: We will hold weekly meetings to discuss our progress, share updates, and plan our next steps. Meetings will be one hour long and will include a review of action items and deadlines. - Meeting Agendas: Agendas for meetings will be developed collaboratively and distributed to all team members prior to the meeting. The agenda will outline the topics to be discussed and any materials or information needed. - Meeting Facilitator: The role of meeting facilitator will rotate among team members.
